Connections

I chose these pictures to practice drawing the eyes. I am in love with the way eyes can convey a whole other world of emotions. I chose a very tense Afghan girl whose eyes reminded me of a scared child, too brave to admit she needs help and can't get over her own pride. The blind girl's eyes seem brave, ready to face the world with the rest of her senses enhanced. The heterochromic girl's eyes that aren't shy at all and are actually quite fun are some of my favourites and demonstrate how fun being different can be.
